2.x frontend stack

Lazy UI 2.x supports Laravel 12 and 13 and uses:

• Tailwind CSS 4
• daisyUI 5
• Alpine.js 3
• Quill 2

The maintained 1.x line remains on Tailwind CSS 3 and daisyUI 4.

Installation

You can install the package via composer:

composer require step2dev/lazy-ui

Install the Lazy UI frontend dependencies and Tailwind CSS 4 configuration:

php artisan lazy-ui:install-package

The installer creates resources/css/lazy.css, resources/js/lazy.js, and postcss.config.js.

You can publish the config file with:

php artisan vendor:publish --tag="lazy-ui-config"

Optionally, you can publish the views using

php artisan vendor:publish --tag="lazy-ui-views"

Testing

composer test
